1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the conditions for accessing and using the ReservaBabi platform, published by DESYMTECH, registered in Côte d'Ivoire. By using the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the website reservababi.com and the ReservaBabi mobile application.
- User: any person accessing the platform.
- Customer: a user making a booking.
- Provider: owner or manager of a listed establishment.
- Services: all search, booking, payment and management features.
3. Registration and user account
Registration is free and open to any adult. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each account is personal and non-transferable. ReservaBabi may suspend or delete any account in violation of these Terms.
4. Description of services
ReservaBabi is a multi-service booking platform covering:
- Hotels and accommodations
- Restaurants and food ordering
- Vehicle rentals
- Events and ticketing
- Beauty salons and appointments
- Parking
- Carpooling and intercity transport
- Provider online shops
ReservaBabi acts as an intermediary and does not directly provide the booked services.
5. Bookings and payments
Any booking constitutes a firm commitment. Payment is made online via Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave), bank card (Visa, Mastercard) or ReservaBabi gift card. The amount is charged upon confirmation. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations, modifications and refunds: governed by our Cancellation Policy. The conditions shown at booking time remain applicable for the booking's entire duration.
- Gift cards: valid for 365 days, usable in one or several payments. A purchase can be cancelled within 48 hours as long as the card has not been used. When a booking paid by gift card is refunded, that share is credited back onto the same card.
- Carpooling credits: purchased credits are used to publish, book and propose trips. They cannot be converted to cash; their refund conditions are detailed in the Cancellation Policy.
- Digital products: file-bank items are delivered instantly and carry no right of withdrawal, as stated before each purchase.
- Escrow: amounts paid are held securely and only released to the provider after the service has been performed.
6. User obligations
- Use the platform in accordance with its purpose and these Terms.
- Do not publish illegal, offensive or misleading content.
- Respect the cancellation conditions of each provider.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the systems.
7. Provider obligations
- Provide accurate information about services, prices and availability.
- Honor bookings confirmed through the platform.
- Comply with applicable hygiene, safety and quality standards.
- Treat customers professionally and respectfully.
8. ReservaBabi's liability
ReservaBabi strives to ensure smooth platform operation but cannot be held liable for provider service quality, disputes between customers and providers, temporary interruptions for maintenance, or data loss due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Intellectual property
All platform content (text, images, logos, source code, design) is the exclusive property of DESYMTECH. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Terms modification
ReservaBabi may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. In case of dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Abidjan shall have jurisdiction.
